Treatment at iRely begins with medically assisted detox to ensure safe stabilization and continues through residential programs and aftercare. Clients engage in evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices. Holistic approaches such as somatic experiencing, experiential therapy, adventure therapy, and spiritual depth psychology further support healing for the mind, body, and spirit. Each program is designed to meet personal needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
