The clinical approach is personalized, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. Depending on each client’s needs, treatment may include CBT, DBT, EMDR-informed care, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, psychoeducation, life-skills development, and recovery coaching. Every client receives an assessment to determine the appropriate level of care and an individualized treatment plan based on symptoms, goals, and recovery needs.
Trinity treats a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, grief and loss, ADHD, and selected personality disorders. The substance use program supports clients experiencing problems related to alcohol, opioids, cocaine, methamphetamine, cannabis, benzodiazepines, prescription medications, and other substances.
The center does not provide onsite detoxification, residential treatment, or inpatient hospitalization. Clients who require a higher level of care may be referred to an appropriate external provider before beginning treatment. Trinity accepts clients who take methadone prescribed elsewhere but does not dispense methadone onsite.
