Indiana Center for Recovery - Alcohol & Drug Rehab Center Fort Wayne is ICFR’s newest location, opened in early 2025 inside the Lutheran Hospital campus. It brings nationally recognized addiction and mental health care closer to home for people in Fort Wayne, Allen County, and nearby communities.
This location specializes in flexible outpatient treatment for adults, including IOP, with support for substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis concerns. Fort Wayne also offers hybrid and virtual adolescent treatment, giving teens and families access to structured care without always needing a full residential stay.
Care may include evidence-based therapy, trauma-focused support, family involvement, relapse prevention, aftercare planning, and GeneSight® testing to help reduce medication guesswork. For people who need residential treatment, psychiatric care, or a higher level of teen support, ICFR can help coordinate transportation to the right program through its broader Indiana network.
