About Indiana Center For Recovery - Teen Program
ICFR Teen Mental Health Treatment Program provides structured (but not boring) inpatient residential treatment for adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and substance use. The teen-specific program provides 24/7 support with a 1:4 staff-to-adolescent ratio, evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, and advanced options including TMS and biofeedback. Teens continue schoolwork through partnerships with Indiana school boards and Caveman Academy, while family therapy and dedicated family support keep parents involved. The program also includes holistic options like music, art, yoga, fitness, and equine therapies designed to build self-esteem and unlock subconscious blocks. Teens can also enjoy recreational activities like basketball, pickleball, and arcade games, making their treatment experience more engaging and enjoyable.
