About Indiana Center For Recovery - Adolescent Program
Indiana Center for Recovery’s Adolescent Treatment Program gives teens ages 12-17 the structure, clinical care, and daily support they need when mental health symptoms, substance use, or both are disrupting home, school, and family life. Teens receive 24/7 care in a homelike residential setting with a 1:4 staff-to-adolescent ratio, giving them close attention without the cold feel of an institution.
School does not have to stop during treatment. ICFR provides academic support through Indiana school board partnerships and Caveman Academy online, while family therapy, visitation, transparent communication, and a dedicated family liaison help parents stay involved in the process.
Treatment may include CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapy, relapse and aftercare planning, biofeedback, TMS, yoga, art, music, fitness, and nutrition. Care is led by nationally recognized experts, child psychiatrists, licensed adolescent therapists, nurses, case managers, and teen-focused staff who specialize in helping young people feel safer, more stable, and ready for what comes next.
