Serving individuals and families across California, H.A.R.T. offers an alternative to traditional facility-based treatment for those who value privacy, flexibility, and individualized support.
The H.A.R.T. Method brings together medical oversight, therapy, peer recovery support, family engagement, and care coordination to create a treatment plan tailored to each individual. Depending on clinical needs, services may include medically managed withdrawal, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual therapy, psychiatric support, peer recovery coaching, relapse prevention, and ongoing recovery planning.
H.A.R.T. supports individuals experiencing Alcohol Use Disorder, Opioid Use Disorder, prescription drug misuse, stimulant addiction, and co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Treatment is designed around each client’s needs, home environment, schedule, responsibilities, and recovery goals.
Clients are supported by a multidisciplinary care team that may include physicians, nurses, licensed therapists, case managers, peer recovery specialists, and family support professionals. Care can be coordinated around work, caregiving, and other daily responsibilities, making treatment accessible without requiring clients to step away from their lives for an extended residential stay.
Privacy and discretion are central to the H.A.R.T. model. Services are confidential and designed to help clients receive professional addiction and mental health support in a familiar, real-world environment while building skills that support long-term recovery.
