About Diamond Counseling Center
Diamond Counseling Center provides outpatient substance use treatment for adults 18 and older at 2186 New Jersey Route 27, Suite 1C, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Morning IOP runs Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Evening IOP runs Monday in person and Tuesday and Wednesday virtually, 6:00 to 9:00 PM, for adults who work or attend school. IOP is typically 12 weeks, with length based on clinical need.
Partial Care: licensed adult substance use Partial Care, generally three hours a day, up to five days a week. Partial Care is an outpatient level of care, not partial hospitalization.
Treatment includes individual and group counseling, family involvement, case management, relapse prevention and coordination with outside providers.
Diamond does not directly provide MAT. Medication management and MAT may be provided through a collaborating APN. Diamond does not provide detox or residential treatment.
Diamond accepts Medicaid and private health insurance; coverage is verified for each client before treatment begins.
