About Compassion Teens
Compassion Teens is an adolescent-focused treatment program designed to support teens who are struggling with mental health challenges, substance use, and eating disorders. Programs are built specifically for adolescents and their families, recognizing the emotional, developmental, academic, and social pressures teens face today.
Outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and virtual IOP services are offered, allowing teens to receive structured, clinically sound care while remaining connected to school, family, and daily life. Treatment includes individual and group therapy rooted in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and relapse prevention, all delivered by licensed, trauma-informed clinicians.
Compassion Teens places strong emphasis on emotional regulation, coping skills, and long-term resilience, while actively involving families in the treatment process. An inclusive, LGBTQ+-affirming environment is provided where every teen feels safe, respected, and understood. The goal is to help teens stabilize, grow, and build the tools they need for lasting mental wellness and recovery.
