About Bridging the Gaps Inc

Bridging the Gaps provides a full continuum of addiction treatment rooted in a holistic approach that supports healing of the mind, body, and spirit. They believe recovery is more than abstinence—it’s about addressing the underlying causes of addiction and equipping clients with tools to live healthy, connected, and purpose-driven lives.

Their four-month continuum includes residential treatment, partial hospitalization with supported sober living, and intensive outpatient programming. Each level is intentionally designed to meet clients where they are while providing structure, accountability, and continuity of care. This progressive model creates a stable environment that supports lasting transformation.

What sets BTG apart is their commitment to treating the whole person. They incorporate holistic modalities such as amino acid therapy to support brain health, acudetox to reduce cravings and promote relaxation, and nutrition education to encourage physical healing. Exercise, yoga, meditation, art, and music therapy are integrated into programming to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and stress reduction.

Therapeutic work is personalized and relationship-centered. Clients participate in small group therapy while engaging in evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal-informed practices for nervous system regulation, and Motivational Interviewing to strengthen motivation for change. Their curriculum also addresses trauma education, anger management, boundaries, codependency, and communication skills—providing practical tools for emotional resilience and healthy relationships.

They believe recovery extends beyond the individual. Their Family Program includes education, conjoint sessions, and ongoing support to help loved ones rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen connection.

With just 24 beds, BTG offers an intimate setting where clients are truly known and supported. Their size allows for individualized care and meaningful therapeutic relationships.
