Dr. Luke Allen

Dr. Luke Allen (he/him/his) is a licensed psychologist in Oregon and Nevada in full-time telehealth private practice. He has Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) in 30+ states granted by the PSYPACT commission. He specializes in treating anxiety, and depression, as well as working with transgender and non-binary youth and their families on matters related to gender identity. During his post-doctoral residency, he received specialized training in treating anxiety disorders and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-specific training and supervision by recognized leaders in the field. He received training conducting evaluations within a multidisciplinary transgender health clinic. Dr. Allen is also a WPATH Standards of Care 7 (SOC7) Certified Member and a WPATH SOC7 Certified Mentor. He is a co-author of the Standards of Care for the Health of Transgender and Gender Diverse People, Version 8. Dr. Allen previously served as co-chair of the WPATH Student Initiative and was the elected student representative to the WPATH Board of Directors. He currently serves on the WPATH Ethics Committee.  Dr. Allen has also received training in providing psychedelic integration therapy services, is involved in research related to psychedelic-assisted therapy, and has published in academic journals on ethics and drug policy.
