Kim has worked in the behavioral health and addiction field since 2005 in both Clinical and Leadership capacities. She leverages 15+ years of leadership experience and has served in roles as Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, and Chief Clinical Officer in behavioral health settings. Her extensive background in program development and Leadership provides space to show her passion in creating a positive workplace environment while helping to transform those served throughout their healing journey. She received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Baptist University and is Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Tennessee. Kim likes to emphasize an experiential and person-centered approach within the therapeutic realm with training in psychodrama, psychodramatic bodywork, addiction, trauma-informed care, and Brainspotting. Her personal passions are traveling and spending quality time with her family.
